11. SMS / Text Messaging Program
Program description. One Source Integrative Medicine operates an SMS program that sends appointment reminders, confirmations, scheduling updates and care-related notifications to patients who opt in. With a separate opt-in, we also send practice news and promotional offers. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving care.
Cancellation. Reply STOP to any message at any time to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages. To rejoin, opt in again through our website or in our office.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message frequency and rates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Supported carriers. AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, Metro by T-Mobile, and most other US carriers.
Eligibility. You must be 18 years of age or older to enroll in our SMS program.
Privacy. Mobile information collected through our SMS program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
